Counselling for adults
I offer both long-term and short-term counselling
to people who want to explore a wide range of issues affecting their lives.
I can offer help for people who:
- feel depressed
- feel stressed and overwhelmed
- suffer from anxiety or panic
attacks
- self-harm
- are distressed by family
or relationship difficulties
- suffer from sleep problems
- have been bullied or bully
others
- have been bereaved
- suffer from the impact of
abuse (sexual, physical or emotional – recently or from childhood)
- are concerned
about outbursts of anger they cannot control and do not understand
- want
to get to know or understand themselves better
My work is regularly supervised
by an experienced counselling supervisor, in accordance with the BACP Ethical
Framework.
